The Aspire Zelos X Kit combines the compact and powerful Zelos X Mod with the Nautilus 3 (22 mm) tank. With an external 18650 battery, up to 80 W output, the ASP chipset and the popular Nautilus BVC coils, this kit offers a versatile and flavourful vape for both MTL and RDL styles.

Zelos X Mod – Design & Operation

The Zelos X Mod comes in a refreshed design, made from a zinc and aluminium alloy with Aspire’s typical high build quality. The slightly rounded, ergonomic shape ensures a very comfortable grip in the hand.

Operation is simple and intuitive via the classic 3-button layout: a fire button and separate “+” and “−” adjustment buttons. All important information is shown clearly on the 0.96 inch TFT colour display, whose brightness can be adjusted.

ASP Chipset & Vaping Modes

Inside the mod, Aspire’s own ASP chipset provides up to 80 W of output power and a wide range of modes:

• Variable Wattage (VW)
• Variable Voltage (VV)
• Temperature Control (TC)
• Bypass mode
• CPS mode (Custom Power Settings) for up to 5 user profiles

Numerous safety protections and a 10-second cut-off limit provide safe operation at all times.

A USB Type-C port on the bottom of the device allows modern, safe and fast charging with up to 2 A.

Nautilus 3 (22 mm) Tank

The Nautilus 3 (22 mm) tank is made from stainless steel and glass and forms a visually perfectly matched unit with the Zelos X Mod. It offers a 3.0 ml tank capacity and a convenient slide-to-open top filling system: simply push the top cap to the side to refill.

The infinitely adjustable bottom airflow control with 7 individual air holes (0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2.5, 3.0 mm) allows precise adjustment from tight MTL to a more open, restricted DL draw.

Coils & Press-Fit System

The tank uses the well-known Nautilus BVC coils, famous for their flavourful and smooth vaping experience. Included in the kit are:

• 0.3 Ω Nautilus Mesh Coil for RDL
• 1.0 Ω Nautilus Mesh Coil for MTL

All other coils of the Nautilus series are also compatible. Thanks to the press-fit system and automatic liquid shut-off, coils can be changed quickly and easily, even with liquid still in the tank – there is no need to screw the coil in.

Priming & First Use

Important: When changing the coil, always prime the new coil by moistening the cotton with e-liquid from the side before installation. After installing, fill the tank and wait approx. 10 minutes. Then start vaping at low power and increase gradually – do not begin at full power with a new coil.

Possible Adverse Effects

When using nicotine-containing e-liquids in this product, there may be a risk of dependence, an increase in heart rate, blood pressure and respiratory rate, increased gastric acid production and intestinal activity, and an increased tendency of the blood to clot with the risk of thrombosis. Possible side effects include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea, headache and sweating. Other ingredients in the e-liquid may cause irritation of the respiratory tract and, in sensitive individuals, contact allergies.
